Monta Kleine - Personal growth and mindset change coach
I started my journey to coaching in 2020, when I came to the feeling that I am 30 years old and I don't see myself smiling and having meaningful life goals. Having relationship that doesn't fulfill me, having a job that doesn't interest me and doesn't allow me to earn as much as I want, and on top having a huge lack of self-love did not satisfy me. So, I ended up at the Personality Development Center quite by accident, starting Neurolinguistic Programming courses*. It was almost a year of studies and efforts to change my thinking. I used to think that coaching, manifestations, meditations and everything like that can give something to people who already have everything. But as I began the hard work of revising my values and beliefs, I came to the harsh truth that where I am now, this place I don't like being in, is my responsibility. It also made me realize that if I got myself to where I am - with my attitude and mindset, then by changing them I can definitely get myself somewhere else.
I remember when the instructor of the NLP course said on one of the first days that people leave these courses different, that people's lives change radically. Of course, for the better. I didn't believe it, but I thought - well, let's see! In the year since I started taking responsibility for my life, it really changed radically. I ended my marriage respectfully, changed my job and just became a completely different person. From a person who was mostly complaining and being a victim, who envied the success of others and always found a reason to resent others, I became a smiling and happy person. I started off by living in a very small one-room apartment, lived from paycheck to paycheck, but spent almost every extra euro on my growth - buying books, going to mindful rituals, attending growth courses. And it was one of the happiest periods in my life when I finally came to accept myself and realize my capabilities and power and what I can achieve if I just take the action. Everything else came only natural - fulfilling and very well-paid work with excellent colleagues, excellent physical shape, financial freedom which also means great opportunities, and loving and healthy relationships.
After seeing the power and impact of NLP training* and change of mindset in my life, I realized that I wanted to study further to be able to help others, as I have experienced firsthand how effective coaching tools are. My biggest dream is to make this world a better and more loving place, and becoming a coach was only a logical step to realize it - helping the inhabitants of this world, people, to become good, kind and loving beings so our world can have more of that.
*Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the teaching of personal mastery, or a form of self-coaching. NLP uses the same coaching tools, but the work is not with the client, but with oneself.
